Arcamm Fire Protection Inc. is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team. Our company specializes in fire protection system inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance services for commercial and industrial clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with fire alarm system inspections, verification, and service work while maintaining compliance with applicable Canadian codes and standards. This role requires robust technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems in accordance with applicable standards
Inspect and service emergency lighting systems, fire extinguishers, and fire hoses
Troubleshoot and diagnose fire alarm system issues and perform corrective actions
Assist with and perform verification of fire alarm systems when required




Identify system deficiencies and prepare detailed deficiency reports
Complete accurate inspection reports and required documentation
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and management
Maintain tools, equipment, and safe work practices on all job sites
Participate in on-call rotations, variable hours, or weekend work when receiving service calls.

Requirements
CFAA (Canadian Fire Alarm Association) Certification – REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
Robust problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
