Oversee recruitment and staffing processes comprehensively
Provide guidance on employee performance and HR policies
Coordinate and execute efficient onboarding and orientation
Track and ensure compliance for mandatory training
Manage accurate payroll and employee advantages Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in HR or related area
Minimum 5 years' HR experience
Robust grasp of Canadian employment legislation
HRIS and MS Office proficiency
