Become a Harm Reduction Coordinator with Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre. This full time temporary position focuses on outreach services and overdose prevention initiatives. As a part of this team, you will implement harm reduction programs funded by the City of Toronto, reaching marginalized communities. Provide comprehensive overdose prevention training
Manage harm reduction equipment distribution
Develop educational workshops for various audiences

Maintain accurate documentation and program evaluations Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or relevant combination of education and experience
3 to 5 years of experience in community-based roles
Familiarity with issues faced by marginalized groups
Experience in peer support and training
