We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of corporate, promotional, and client events. The ideal candidate has solid project management skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, seminars, and networking events.
Develop event concepts, themes, budgets, timelines, and project plans.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, sponsors, and partners.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure cost-effective event delivery.
Manage venue selection, logistics, catering, transportation, accommodations, audio-visual requirements, and event setup.
Oversee event registration, guest management, and attendee communication.




Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for events in collaboration with the marketing team.
Supervise in office event operations to ensure smooth execution.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly during events.
Monitor event budgets and prepare financial reports.
Conduct post-event evaluations and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in event planning or event management.
Experience managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or large-scale functions.
Event management certification is an advantage.
