Build and interpret project layout and specifications
Mentor apprentices and ensure their safety
Execute carpentry tasks including framing and structural formwork
Coordinate equipment maintenance and inspections
Maintain client relationships with professionalism Requirements:
CSTS-20 Certificate is essential
Proven experience in an industrial construction setting
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Capacity to lift and handle materials up to 25kg
