Act as primary care provider, meeting youth needs
Create and assess individual care plans
Support through counseling and skill development
Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions
Supervise daily activities to promote engagement Requirements:
Degree in Child and Youth Care with 2 years experience
Alberta Class 5 Drivers License required
Cultural awareness with Indigenous communities preferred
First Aid and CPR certification necessary
