Join our agile dairy farm team as a Dairy Farm Worker and become a vital part of producing high-quality dairy products. Responsibilities
Assist with daily milking routines, ensuring cows are comfortable and milked efficiently using farm machinery
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and machinery to keep operations running smoothly
Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving feed, supplies, or livestock with proper technique and safety precautions
Monitor animal health by observing behavior, checking for signs of illness or injury, and reporting concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness of barns, milking stations, and surrounding areas to promote hygiene and prevent disease




Support feeding schedules by preparing and distributing feed to livestock in accordance with farm protocols
Operate farm machinery such as tractors, feed mixers, or other equipment safely and effectively during daily tasks

Qualifications
Mechanical knowledge or experience working with farm machinery is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment
Prior experience or familiarity with dairy farming practices is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to animal care standards
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to a flexible schedule
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and farm activities
