We are looking for a Cybersecurity Metrics & Controls Specialist with solid hands-on experience in Cybersecurity Controls, Controls Governance, Controls Testing, Metrics, KPIs/KRIs, and Risk & Compliance Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and test Cybersecurity and Technology controls.
Develop security metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and Key Control Indicators (KCIs).
Monitor control effectiveness and track remediation activities.
Support risk management, compliance, and executive reporting.
Work with Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
Define and document control and risk metrics based on business requirements and data.

Required Skills
10+ years of Information Security/IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on Cybersecurity/Technology Controls experience.
Solid experience in:
Cybersecurity Controls & Governance
Controls Design & Testing
Security Metrics, KPIs & KRIs
Risk & Compliance Reporting
Control Monitoring & Remediation
Knowledge of Cloud Security, IAM, Data Security, Network Security, Application Security, and Security Monitoring.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
