This role demands adept management of production, scheduling, and client communications in a dynamic setting. You will report to the Operations Manager, focusing on timely quotations and outstanding customer service.

Your role encompasses collecting project documentation and handling billing alongside sourcing project requirements, ensuring everything aligns with budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities:
Timely delivery of project quotes to customers
Expertly handle customer inquiries and phone interactions
Collect and manage project documentation efficiently
Manage customer requirements and oversee billing
Source project needs and issue purchase orders Requirements:
Robust computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat
CAD knowledge is advantageous, training is available
Estimator certification is preferred but not required
Construction-related education is a plus
