Work with project managers to review project specifications
Prepare comprehensive bids based on tender documentation
Develop strategies for logistics and labor in projects
Perform quality take-offs and create construction scopes
Engage with clients and manage stakeholder communications Requirements:
A degree or diploma in relevant construction disciplines
At least 4 years of estimation experience in construction
Familiarity with high-end retail and residential specifications
