Schedule and report on customer visits, addressing feedback
Work with Parts Department for effective part provision




Ensure minimal downtime and adherence to production requirements
Conduct technical audits and recommend necessary actions

At least 5 years in a customer service capacity
Familiarity with shovel and drill machinery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities
