Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Utilize solid phone etiquette to follow up with potential clients and support ongoing sales efforts
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (especially in English & Punjabi)



to serve diverse customer bases
Experience in technology sales, retail sales, or merchandising preferred
Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Basic math skills for handling transactions, cash handling, and POS operations
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales volume
Technical sales experience is a plus, especially involving product demonstrations of complex or technical items
