We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and effective environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

*This Job includes Tips ($30-$60 a shift), a staff meal on shift and discounts on food/ groceries.

Duties
Room for growth into other Kitchen Positions.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Help with stocking supplies and organizing storage areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist in serving food to guests or staff as needed




Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working setting
Support the culinary team during busy service times by providing additional assistance as required

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Robust teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and hospitality services
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
