Commission is searching for a dedicated Project Manager to lead complex capital projects within its Capital Project Delivery Office. You will coordinate project activities across a $10M-$15M portfolio and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. The role demands strong leadership, planning, and cooperative capabilities to manage deliverables effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Manage multifaceted project delivery from initiation to close-out
Define and monitor project budgets, schedules, and objectives




Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors throughout the project
Conduct project reviews and provide scope recommendations
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar
Project Management Skilled (PMP) designation preferred
Extensive experience with capital projects in transit
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Lead significant advancements in transit infrastructure and community impact with TTC.
