Who do we need?

-Cashier/ Front Counter Crew Members

-Drive-Thru Operator/ Order Taker Crew Members

These Crew members will specialize in Customer Service, where their enthusiasm and communication skills will create memorable experiences for our guest.

In these roles, you will be the friendly face, voice and undoubtedly the first impression!

Taking responsibility in providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to connect with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and manage sales processes will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

These positions offer an exciting chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced workplace that values energy, organization, and customer forward attitudes.

Duties
Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, ensuring a positive experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision,



including giving correct change and balancing registers
Provide knowledgeable assistance on product menu/ product specials
Maintain organized working areas, restocking and general cleaning
Address customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and transparent communication skills

Requirements
Previous experience in, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required; training provided
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment with excellent time management
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and stock levels maintained
Experience with POS systems, merchandising, or technology sales is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation to foster positive interactions
