Through this role, you will drive the development of learning initiatives using analytics to fill capability gaps and support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and practices
Manage scheduling and tracking of training programs
Create dashboards to visualize training KPIs
Evaluate training effectiveness using data science methods
Support the development of training sessions with digital tools Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Data Science
Robust organizational and analytical thinking skills
