Your role will focus on improving sustainable transportation solutions and staff engagement. In this permanent full time position, you will lead the SmartTrip Program, promoting accessible and engaging active transportation for employees. You'll also provide vital administrative and communication support for sustainability projects, including outreach and monitoring efforts. Your work will be crucial in establishing a culture of environmental responsibility at IWK Health. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of the SmartTrip Program
Create and distribute promotional materials for sustainability initiatives
Support the coordination of meetings and project documentation




Track project metrics and assist in evaluations
Advocate for active transportation infrastructure improvements Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
Robust organizational skills with project management experience
