and Administrative Leads, you will be responsible for:Managing office operations and facilities to ensure efficient day-to-day business functionsCoordinating administrative, marketing, and event support while managing communications and special projectsHandling daily banking activities, including preparing and performing bank deposits and maintaining bank memosPreparing and assembling financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filingsManaging financial and year-end file administration by entering disbursements, performing file lock-downs and roll forwards, and maintaining organized electronic records and archivesCoordinating billing operations by preparing interim and final invoices, billings, invoice requisitions, and WIP reports to support client billingMaintaining financial records and reporting by recording disbursements and expenses, preparing accounts receivable and month-end reports, and reconciling month-end interestSupporting financial administration by overseeing accounts receivable activities, including collections, follow-ups, statement preparation, interest recording, deposit applications, and account write-offsProviding administrative and operational support by training employees on timesheet systems, assisting with tax filing processes,
