Process customer orders and manage adjustments
Work with the Shipping team for timely deliveries
Prepare quotations and sales presentations
Conduct inventory checks and manage product allocations
Collect market data to support Sales strategy Requirements:
One year of sales support or customer service experience
Diploma in Business Administration is beneficial
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
