Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the crew, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support in various landscaping tasks.
Ensure proper use of tools and equipment while maintaining a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
Train new crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety




Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
Ability to build solid relationships within the team while promoting a cooperative work atmosphere.
