In this energetic role, you will engage with children, young adults, and adults throughout Hastings and Rother, providing mentoring and support to help them overcome challenges.

You'll deliver tailored interventions aimed at enhancing personal development and building confidence among participants. Key Responsibilities:
Create and lead alternative learning initiatives
Plan and conduct engaging sessions for group and individual learning
Provide ongoing mentoring and support for participant success




Establish trusting relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries
Record progress and share feedback with stakeholders Requirements:
Experience in educational settings or coaching
