This role involves leading small, structured classes in our warm pools, where you will support children's learning while creating a fun atmosphere.

You will communicate professionally with families and celebrate each swimmer's achievements. Flexibility in your schedule will enhance work-life balance, allowing you to fulfill at least two days of availability. Key Responsibilities:
Support classes using the Small Steps approach
Develop water confidence and real swimming skills
Conduct lively, structured lessons for small groups
Interact with families to foster a supportive community
Collaborate with your team to ensure successful classes Requirements:
Current First Aid and CPR-C certification
Bronze Cross certification required
Completion of Making Waves Coach Course needed
Confident and positive communicator
