Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Day Prep/Line Cooks and Evening Line Cooks to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced setting. Your enthusiasm and commitment to food safety will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure timely service during your shift
Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations and equipment
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
Support the team by coordinating with serving staff to deliver excellent customer service
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Adhere to all health regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment
Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Solid communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service
