We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cladder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing exterior wall panels and cladding systems on commercial and residential buildings. Responsibilities
Install exterior wall panels and cladding materials according to project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and measuring tapes to accurately perform installations
Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper placement and alignment
Perform caulking around joints and seams to ensure weather-tight finishes




Handle heavy lifting of materials safely using appropriate techniques and equipment
Assist with site preparation, including framing, insulation, and surface preparation as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience
Prior construction experience is highly preferred, especially in exterior siding or cladding installation
Proficiency with hand tools and basic carpentry skills required
Knowledge of blueprint reading is essential for accurate installation work
Experience with caulking, sealing, or waterproofing is a plus
Handyman experience or general construction background will be considered an asset
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights on scaffolding or ladders
Robust attention to detail, safety consciousness, and physical stamina are necessary for success in this role

Pay: $23.00-$40.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
