In this impactful role, you will partner with Practice Group Leaders to enhance recruitment and career advancements for law associates and students.

Candidates should possess a JD or Bachelor’s in Law and experience in law firms, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Your ability to manage projects and build solid stakeholder relationships will be vital. Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead recruitment and retention for law associates
Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives
Foster robust relationships with various stakeholders
Oversee multiple projects with excellent time management
Promote DEI and well-being within the Firm Requirements:
JD or Bachelor’s degree in Law
At least 5 years of law firm experience
Interest or experience in legal talent management
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
