Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting functions. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support the organization’s long-term growth. This role will also focus on strengthening cash flow forecasting, investment strategies, and effective asset management.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and cash flow forecasting.
Lead accurate and timely financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable financial standards.
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely collections and effective management of outstanding balances.
Manage banking relationships, financing strategies, credit facilities, auditors, and other financial partners.
Identify investment opportunities, optimize asset utilization, and support strategic decisions to maximize financial returns.
Identify opportunities to automate financial processes,



improve systems, and increase operational efficiency.
Maintain robust internal controls and financial risk management practices.

Qualifications
CPA designation required.
Proven experience as a CFO or similar senior financial leadership role.
Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financing.
Experience working with financial software and ERP systems.
Availability to work on-site in Georgetown, PEI, during specific periods of the year. Additional allowances will be provided during these periods.
