You will work within an Assertive Community Treatment Model while promoting social justice principles. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have insights into Indigenous ways and the effects of colonization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop supportive relationships with clients
Provide outreach tailored to community needs
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary service team
Utilize harm reduction and trauma-informed methodologies
Execute service plans for client success Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience with community populations
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Solid communication skills in various formats
Knowledge of cultural safety and equity issues
