Responsibilities
Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support various construction activities

Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld
Support the installation of structures, fixtures, or other components as directed by supervisors




Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs

Skills
Proven experience in construction environments with a strong understanding of construction processes
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers confidently and safely
Skilled in paving techniques for various surfaces with attention to quality and durability
Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the workday
Excellent teamwork skills with clear communication abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites
Basic proficiency with tools and machinery used in construction projects
