Must Haves:
Must have a Change Management Certification: Prosci (ADKAR) and/or CCMP .
Minimum 8 years of recent experience working in a project management setting, preferably involving large-scale organizational change.
Minimum 10 years of experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Must have a Windows-based computer with standard Windows applications.
Must have licensed Microsoft Visio software.
