Ruel Concrete Ltd. - is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1 Truck Driver to join our Slave Lake, AB team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck and/or trailer combinations to transport materials to and from various job sites, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Class 1 dump trucks and trailer combinations efficiently on public roads, constructions sites, and off-road locations.
Load and unload materials such as gravel, sand, dirt, debris, and drill cuttings.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
Maintain accurate logs and delivery records
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
Communicate effectively with Dispatchers and Site Supervisors
Assist with minor site tasks, operate loader to load self/other trucks
Maintain clean truck interior and exterior

Requirements:
Valid Class 1 Canadian Driver's License with Clean driver's abstract
Minimum 1 years aggregate hauling and off-road (non highway) truck driving
Ability to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends
Physically fit to climb in and out of box, staple poly to box, road-side repairs




First Aid Certificate, CSO, H2S

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with end-dump trailers, belly dump trailers and spreading, quad wagon, tri-axle pup, tractor and equipment trailers

Wage: Wage - To be negotiated, based on experience

90 day probationary period

Self-funded medical, dental, vision plan - post-probation period
Preference will be given to local driver's and/or persons willing to re-locate prior to commencement
