Assist visitors in navigating the Eaton Centre and local activities




Maintain effective communication with tenants and guests
Help with wheelchair rentals and manage deposits
Document lost items efficiently
Distribute event flyers and promotion materials Requirements:
Grade 12 or higher education
Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism is a plus
Minimum two years of customer service experience
Knowledge of Gmail, Excel, and Word applications
