Duties
Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
Help with concrete , framing, and restoration tasks to ensure quality craftsmanship
Operate basic hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
Follow schematics and blueprints to aid in accurate construction activities
Maintain safety standards by adhering to safety protocols and assisting with site cleanup




Support heavy equipment operation , including basic maintenance tasks

Skills
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with guidance
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
Previous construction experience or familiarity with carpentry, or concrete work is a plus
Solid teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
Basic understanding of safety procedures
