Collaborate with the Executive Director to spearhead outreach initiatives while managing communications projects and personnel. Your creativity in both written and visual storytelling will drive engagement and community involvement. Key Responsibilities:
Formulate marketing strategies along with organization leaders
Project manage communications deliverables and staff activities
Design outreach plans for programs and events with stakeholders
Develop partnerships and maintain team-oriented networks
Attend and support Scarborough Arts events across the community Requirements:
Experience in Community Arts or Arts Administration
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort in a collaborative and fast-paced setting
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe is beneficial
