Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience finishing concrete in a residential setting, and be able to handle multiple units. This position offers the chance to work on diverse projects, with a team that works hard and cares about quality.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND TRANSPORTATION TO JOB SITES LOCATED IN EDMONTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS

MUST BE ABLE TO PULL BOARD AND RUN HOSE

MUST BE ABLE TO POWER TROWEL AND HAND TROWEL

Duties
Place concrete with crew starting with backing up the mixer to cleaning the tools once complete
Utilize hand tools and power trowel to finish concrete to desired finish
Assist with prep crew when needed
Strip forms, collect lumber, rebar, and clean sites
Cut, install and tie rebar, Engage in heavy lifting as required
Wear all PPE and complete tasks in a secure manor
Utilize carpentry skills to install form work when required

Experience:



The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Proven experience finishing concrete in the residential sector
Ability to work with the team to complete all concrete related tasks
Ability to work in a quick paced environment and adapt as weather changes
Knowledge of different finishing techniques
Capable of heavy lifting and physical work
Carpentry skills that can be applied to concrete form installation
