Take on a pivotal role as a Case Worker at Street Culture Project in Regina. Guide youth through life transitions with effective mentorship and structured support. In this full time position, you will serve the needs of youth involved in the Regina Connected Youth program.
The role prioritizes advocacy, relationship-building, and creating individualized support plans for a caseload of youth. Your commitment to trauma-informed approaches will drive the positive change needed in their lives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide consistent mentoring and support to youth
Develop comprehensive Case Management Plans
Advocate for youth needs and mediate conflicts
Track progress and maintain accurate case documentation
Collaborate with staff on programming insights Requirements:
Secondary education; post-secondary education preferred
Minimum one year of relevant youth care experience
Familiarity with therapeutic practices desirable
Current Driver’s License with abstract
