This role is under the Director of People and Culture, where you'll lead various initiatives focusing on engagement and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate must bring at least three years of relevant experience along with a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Robust communication and project management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the development of wellness and inclusion programs
Manage recruitment activities from postings to employment offers
Facilitate Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
Perform annual safety program audits for compliance
Collaborate with managers to track safety certifications Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in health and safety
Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
CHRP/CHRL or CRSP designations are a plus
Excellent oral communication and training skills
Must pass a Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Background Check Engage with the Township of Oro-Medonte in promoting a protected and inclusive working setting.
