You will work under the guidance of the Designated Pharmacy Manager, addressing diverse pharmacy needs, including urgent palliative care prescriptions, and fostering partnerships with health care professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Verify and dispense all medication orders accurately
Collaborate with team members for secure medication distribution
Review medication regimens and document findings
Ensure high standards of customer service and care
Train recent pharmacy team members when required Requirements:
Good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
Knowledge of Kroll Windows application is a plus
