In this role, you will be vital in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure our customers receive top-quality service. Your skills will contribute directly to our mission of delivering reliable transportation solutions.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests and vehicle repairs using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies.




Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and addressing customer concerns.
Qualifications
Ford dealership automotive repair background.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience.
Proficiency with schematics, diagnostics, and technical manuals.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills for customer interactions.
Valid automotive technician certification is preferred.
