We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer to enhance our Energy and Resources Design team. You will work on a range of projects, providing design support from studies to detailed engineering. Collaborate with engineers to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, while also mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:



• Understand and comply with Stantec's safety culture • Perform modeling and drafting tasks for various projects • Complete project deliverables on budget and time • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quality design outputs • Coach junior designers and support their qualified growth

Requirements: • Minimum six years of experience in industrial consulting • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD or similar tools • Experience with CAD/BIM tools like Civil 3D and Navisworks • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork • Technical degree in Design/Drafting or relevant experience
