Your background Over 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including institutional projects in the fields of plumbing, ventilation, and other complex mechanical systems; Member of theOrdre des ingénieurs du Québec; Proven ability to communicate a clear vision, inspire,



and create a high level of commitment within the team; Strong interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing, with an aptitude for guiding and developing the skills of team members; Expertise in mechanical design, with an ability to improve design processes; Passion for innovation and continuous improvement of practices.
