Valeo Health Clinic is a busy, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic with a fun, friendly, and rapid-paced atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Casual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for a student or someone looking for flexible part-time work who is interested in gaining experience in a healthcare or clinic environment.

What you’ll be doing
Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience
Managing appointments and schedules through JaneApp (training provided)
Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
Processing payments and assisting with basic administrative tasks
Supporting our Front Office team and healthcare professionals
Helping with general clinic organization and day-to-day tasks

What we’re looking for:
Availability for weekday evenings and occasional Saturdays
Someone dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a busy environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Comfortable using a Mac and troubleshooting basic computer issues
Previous customer service, reception,



or front desk experience is an asset, but not required
Experience with JaneApp is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
