O'Dell HVAC Group is seeking a bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our Finance team across Canada. You will manage the full AR cycle, monitor aging, and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining solid customer relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Operations Manager, you will optimize collections using ERP tools and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance. The role offers a secure team and growth in a people-first culture.
