Role Responsibilities
Support the stability and reliability of production systems by assisting with fixes, root cause analysis, and resolution validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 production issues, escalating complex problems when required.
Monitor applications and alerts, identify anomalies, and support preventive measures.
Document recurring issues and assist with problem management and root cause analysis.
Implement minor enhancements and fixes to improve system performance and stability.
Support change and release activities for smooth and low-risk deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
Maintain and update runbooks, documentation, and knowledge articles.
Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks and developing easy scripts or solutions.
Follow security, governance, and production-support best practices while providing regular updates to senior team members.
