Overview

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead and support our production team in a plastic manufacturing workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while building a positive and productive team culture. Experience in plastic product manufacturing is required, and experience in rotational moulding (roto-moulding) is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during assigned shifts.
Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve production targets.
Hands on and ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.




Experience in plastic product manufacturing is required.
Experience in rotational moulding (roto-moulding) is an asset.
Leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
ERP/MRP system experience is an asset.
Ability to work overtime, and weekends as required.
