Assistant Spa & Retail Manager – Immediate Hire

We are seeking a agile, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Spa & Retail Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our spa and retail location. The ideal candidate will help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, contribute to the overall performance of the location, and provide leadership and guidance to the team.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service workplace. Candidates with experience in retail management, spa or beauty operations, and team leadership are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the spa and retail location.
Assist with leading and motivating the team to achieve store goals and maintain robust performance.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience.
Contribute to sales growth, client retention, and overall store performance.
Coordinate staff scheduling, onboarding, and daily team needs.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional spa and retail environment.




Ensure retail displays and visual merchandising are maintained to a high standard.
Encourage the team to confidently introduce clients to appropriate treatments, packages, and retail products based on their needs.
Support inventory, product organization, and general store administration.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team during daily operations.
Lead by example and help maintain a positive, professional, and high-performing work environment.
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail management or a similar customer-focused environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good understanding of retail operations and store performance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with store goals and performance targets.
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
Minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in spa, beauty, skincare, wellness, or a related industry is preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:
Retail sales: 1 year (required)
Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
