Hotel & Spa is on the lookout for a qualified Assistant Manager to enhance the operations of the acclaimed Bacchus Restaurant. This full time position calls for individuals with at least two years of fine dining experience and a keen eye for detail in restaurant presentation.

Your role will include supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with management to maintain high service levels. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise floor ambiance and overall restaurant presentation
Ensure cleanliness and service standards are upheld in Bacchus
Work with the Food & Beverage Director to handle inventory




Optimize labor management and implement cost-saving strategies
Provide training to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction Requirements:
2 years of fine dining and hospitality experience required
Management/supervisory experience is preferred
Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage standards
Familiarity with Squirrel or Micros technology
