Duties
Lead daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized setting
Drive retail sales through proactive customer engagement, product demonstrations, and personalized consultations
Manage team performance by recruiting, training, developing, and supervising staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, pricing strategies, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract recent customers and retain existing ones
Conduct regular staff meetings,



coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team culture
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience
Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence
Supervising or store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to lead teams effectively
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising principles, purchasing processes, and cash handling procedures
Demonstrated skills in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and marketing strategies
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
