Job description:

Mr. Lube is looking for Store Managers (and Manager Trainees) to join our rapidly growing Ottawa area team.

If you have some experience in an automotive environment and established, successful experience in retail or automotive management then we would like to talk to you.

This management position involves working amongst your staff in a rapid paced automotive business. You will be responsible for hiring and training staff, managing day to day operations, and developing a supervisory team to support you. We provide a strong level of outside support but once your training is complete the expectation is that you operate your assigned location independently.

This position is permanent full-time

Qualifications
Hands-on and engaging approach to management




Proven experience in retail management and team supervision
Strong customer service and sales management skills
Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering
Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
Strong time management and administrative skills
