We’re looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. Automotive experience is an asset, but not required - we’re willing to train the right person!

What we’re looking for:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Solid organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently when needed
Valid BC Driver’s Licence
Automotive dealership experience is an asset
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or another customer-focused environment is an asset
Reynolds & Reynolds / ERA-IGNITE experience is an asset

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and gathering vehicle/service information




Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Recommending and explaining maintenance and repair services
Creating and maintaining accurate repair orders
Keeping customers informed on the progress of their vehicle
Reviewing completed work and charges with customers
Following manufacturer policies and procedures
Building lasting relationships with our customers

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
