Job Purpose: Coordinate production and output to meet sales requirements for all Automotive and Direct/Consignment customers

Duties:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, case management, supply chain, logistics, industrial distribution, or a related field.
Experience in the automotive supply industry is an asset.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Professional and confident in handling customer concerns and challenging situations.
Experience with inventory control, production planning, or scheduling is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; AS400 and EDI experience is an asset.
Quick learner.
Provide customer service support to warehouses.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Business Administration or College diploma in same or equivalent experience in the same field
Superior knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Inventory control
Proven customer support experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Previous experience, especially in a particular industry, preferred.




Production planning and scheduling experience is a plus.
Supply Chain experience.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
